Okay, all day I have needed to purge that image of Michael Jackson from my brain, and it didnt’ help that it was used as material in the Late, Late Show with Craig Kilborn, and The Daily Show - apparently I wasn’t the only one who was startled. So here is a more pleasant piece of entertainment news: Kermit the Frog was given a star on The Walk of Fame! Finally! And speaking of Craig Kilborn and Kermit the Frog, he was a guest last night and got 4 out of 5 in “Five Questions.” It was surreal. I’m a pretty big fan of the Muppets obviously, one of the few untainted happy memories of childhood. And by the way, one of the questions was: “Burt and Ernie, convenient living situation or life partners?” and Kermit confirmed that they are NOT GAY! So, there! And here’s a picture that’s worth a thousand words.. ..I can’t think of any at the moment, but I’m thinking of having this printed and framed. It’s a moment in time, kind of like the pictures of Bono meeting with the Pope when the Pope put on his fly glasses. I have no witty commentary here, these images just makes me happy.
