And for the second time she was spotted with Sean Preston improperly strapped in to his car seat.

While he was not sitting on her lap in the drivers seat, showing some improvement, his seat was facing forward instead of backwards - in a convertible! Apparently this isn’t against the law in Cali - yet! However, as a direct result of Britney’s behavior has prompted lawmakers in California to introduce a bill requiring infant car seats to face towards the back of the car if the baby is less than one year old. Sean Preston was all slumped over in his seat too, which just doesn’t look healthy so maybe they can pass a law about that too. In fact maybe this will start a trend in parental legislation for years to come. Lawmakers can just observe Britney’s parenting methods and make them illegal. She can be a living, walking, constant example of “what not to do” with your kids. Oh, those poor kids. These pictures were snapped just seconds before the security guard, with the stylish ’stache, behind Mrs. Spears-Federline had to come to Sean Preston’s rescue when mommy almost dropped him (again)!
